Early Investment Programme

In late 2003 GOSE, together with a small number of regional partners, commissioned RAISE, the regional body for the voluntary and community sector, to undertake some regional research to both map the effectiveness and reach of existing infrastructure services in the region and to pilot some potential solutions for future delivery.

The outcomes of the regional mapping exercise have been, along with national guidance, a key factor in determining the shape of the ChangeUp programme in the South East. The full regional programme is available in the Regional Plan.
